INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
WIDS World International Dance, with registered office in Sassari SS - VAT number 03001090806, as data controller of personal data (hereinafter also WIDS or "the Federation" or "the Data Controller"), informs you, pursuant to the art. 13 EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (hereinafter, "Regulation") that the personal data voluntarily made available to WIDS will be processed in compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data and, in any case, with the principles of confidentiality which inspired the Federation activities.

1. Purpose and legal basis of the processing
Personal data will be processed (for the definition of 'processing', see art. 4, c. 2 of the Regulation) for the following purposes:
a) Creation of a personal account (sending temporary access credentials, preparing definitive access credentials) aimed at allowing you access to the Federation platform for carrying out affiliation/membership activities;
b) Support for any activity of recovery/redefinition of access credentials to the aforementioned platform. The provision of personal data is necessary for the creation/modification of the platform access account. The legal basis of the processing for the aforementioned purposes is identified in the need of the Federation to make available the tools useful for the execution and finalization of the activities relating to affiliation/membership with the Federation. Your refusal will make it impossible to proceed with the creation of a personal account for access to the aforementioned Federation platform.

2. Personal data being processed
In particular, the personal data that will be the subject of the processing activities concern:
- Personal data, email address of the users who request access to the platform for activities relating to affiliation / membership.

3. Data retention times
The data concerning you will be stored according to the following criteria:
- for the entire duration of the affiliation and subsequently for the entire time necessary to fulfill the legal obligations connected to it.

4. Methods of use of data
The processing of personal data will be carried out using suitable electronic and/or telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the above purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data themselves. In compliance with current legislation, specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

5. Scope of data circulation
The members of Federal Offices, Commissions and Regional Committees or other national and international sports bodies and those authorized to process personal data appointed by the Federation in the exercise of their functions may become aware of the personal data. Personal data may be communicated to any subjects who provide the Federation with services or services instrumental to the purposes indicated above such as, by way of example, credit institutions, professional firms, suppliers/consultants who manage and/or participate in the management and/or for the maintenance of the electronic and/or telematic tools used by us, insurance companies for the provision of insurance services, appointed, where applicable, external managers, for the times strictly necessary for the optimal execution of this service. Personal data will be made accessible only to those who, within the Federation, need it in relation to the exercise of their duties or hierarchical position. These subjects will be appropriately trained to avoid loss, destruction, unauthorized access or unauthorized processing of the data. Without your express consent (pursuant to art. 6 letter b) and c) of the Regulation), the Data Controller may communicate the personal data to supervisory bodies, judicial authorities as well as to all other subjects to whom communication is mandatory based on an express provision of law.

6. Dissemination of data
Your personal data will not be disclosed to indeterminate subjects.

7. Transfer of data abroad
The personal data being processed are stored on servers located within the European Union. In any case, it is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, will have the right to move the servers even outside the EU. In this case, the Data Controller ensures from now on that the transfer of non-EU data will take place in compliance with the applicable legal provisions and in particular with the articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR.
8. Data Controller and Data Protection Officer
The Data Controller of personal data is WIDS World International Dance Sport, with registered office in Sassari SS - P.IVA 03001090806. Any request relating to personal data processed by WIDS World International Dance Sport may be sent to the registered office of the Federation, or by writing to office@widsofficial.org. The owner has designated a Data Protection Officer (RPD or Data Protection Officer or DPO) pursuant to art. 37 of the GDPR who can be contacted at the following e-mail address: office@widsofficial.org

9. Exercise of rights
We inform you that at any time in relation to personal data, you may exercise the rights provided within the limits and under the conditions set forth in articles 15-22 of the GDPR 2016/679.
In detail, you have the right to:
- ask the Data Controller to access, rectify or cancel ("Right to be forgotten") personal data or limit the processing of personal data concerning you or to oppose their treatment;
- obtain data portability;
- propose a complaint to a supervisory authority.
You may at any time exercise the rights pursuant to articles 15 - 22 of the Regulation by sending an e-mail to the address: info@fisdnazionale.it. We inform you that the Federation undertakes to respond to your requests within one month of receiving your request at the latest. This term could be extended by two months depending on the complexity or number of requests. The Federation will explain the reason for the extension to you within one month of your request.
